Data processed, processing purposes, and storage times
Personal data we process: names, email addresses and other personal data you expressly send to us.
The website uses Amazon's AWS CloudFront, which collects anonymous statistics of the user's browser, operating system, HTTP referers and country.
- Names and contact information of contact persons for orders are used to fulfill the orders and contractual obligations of both parties. This is in our legitimate interest. The data is stored indefinitely.
- The information given in an open job application is processed with your consent.Open job applications are stored for five years.
- For other kinds of communications we retain the contact information and any personal information expressly sent to us to accomplish the purpose of the communication. We consider this too to be in our legitimate interest.The data is stored for five years from the end of the communication.
At the end of the storage time only personal data will be erased. Company information is stored as long as we deem necessary.
Recipients of personal data and transfer to third countries
Personal data is processed by our employees and board members. Personal data related to our bookkeeping and invoicing may be processed by an accounting firm and the company providing accounting cloud services. Additionally the cloud service providers used by us are technically able to access the data. We may disclose personal data to public authorities, if we are legally required to do so. No personal data is transferred outside the European Union.

Right to access
You have the right to receive confirmation on whether we process your personal data. If we process your data, you have the right to get a copy of the data.

You can demand us to erase your personal data. If the data is collected based on your consent, we will erase it. In other cases, the data's use may prevent the erasure.

We don't store personal data in a structured-enough format to be portable in any meaningful way.
